Coffee and Conversation

What a great way to get to know someone! Our zero-commitment consultation is an opportunity to build a relationship with you and learn about your company. We want to know what your organizational goals are and what makes it tick! What gets you and the rest of your team out of bed in the morning? What keeps you up at night? Nine times out of ten you'll walk away with a better understanding of your processes and learn about a challenge you may not have realized you had.

We'll meet you where the challenges are

Our discovery process is a chance for us to experience a day-in-the-life at your company and help you detect inefficiencies you may not have already uncovered. We'll do a walkthrough of your processes and talk with you and your team to help frame the story - Is there a single problem, or a multitude of issues? We'll also identify which metrics you're most interested in improving to more effectively develop a framework of where to begin.

Discovery is designed to help you more clearly define what is valuable to you and articulate where improvements can be made.

One size does not fit all

We understand that your company is unique, and so are your day-to-day activities. That's why we'll provide tailored approaches to help you implement the right solutions for the right problems. When you receive a Service Proposal from us, you'll not only receive a summary of our Discovery findings but three unique alternatives to fit your budgetary and scheduling requirements.

We don't believe in sugar coating

Often times, the path to improvement requires solutions that may not necessarily be precisely what you want - we will make sure, however, they're exactly what you need. Just like our Initial Consultation, this entire process will be an open conversation. If you ever feel what we're recommending is not in line with your goals, we'll gladly review other alternatives until we get it right.

Let's get to work

Once we've finalized the proposal, we'll officially begin working with you and your team! Of course, each scope of work is dependent on the alternative chosen in the Service Proposal, but more often than not you can expect us to be driving the work where it's happening. We'll be involved in your day-to-day, working to empower your teams, gather and analyze data, map out your processes, design solutions and most importantly, maintain continuous communication with you and your team to discuss progress and track outcomes.

Time for a check up

We cannot stress this enough - The work doesn't end when we've finished implementing your solutions! Improving a process or series of operational activities is one thing, but ensuring they stay improved is an entirely different conversation. It's easy, though typically unintentional, to backslide into old habits, which is why the first 90 days are critical to your success. Depending on the project, we'll stay on board for an agreed upon period of time (minimum of 90 days) to make sure your solutions are sticking, encourage accountability to the new process, and validate sustained improvement against your metrics. Your goals are our goals, and if something isn't sticking, we'll be right there with you to introduce countermeasures and get things back on track.
