Meet Our Founder
Lindsay Shababy, MHA, LSSMBB
Lindsay has over a decade of experience leading healthcare operations and improvement efforts across hospitals, government systems, and clinical teams. With an extensive background in Lean Six Sigma, a Master’s in Health Administration, and a foundation in military leadership, she brings both structure and empathy to every engagement.

She founded Summit to close the gap between what we know and what we actually do in healthcare—helping teams move beyond workarounds and band-aid fixes to build systems that truly work. Her passion lies in solving long-standing challenges, empowering teams, and creating meaningful change that lasts.
